Gloria Weber, Administrative

Gloria came on board as Caring Hearts grew. She brings an abundance of experience, knowledge, and understanding to the team. She understands the importance of goal-setting and the value of making a personal connection with others. “I feel this is the initial step in achieving cohesiveness and is an essential process to ensure compatibility and satisfaction,” says Gloria.

Gloria provides her expertise and assistance part-time as she begins to enjoy the next journey in her life and the golden years of retirement. She enjoys a number of hobbies, staying actively social with friends and family, taking walks, gardening, playing games, and brushing up on her documental history.

Arleth Tarin, Care Coordinator

Arleth was born in Lemont, California, however, she was raised in Cicero, Illinois. She is the middle child of five children in her family. Arleth is happily married and during her free time, she loves shopping, watching movies with her family, cooking, listening to music, going to Mexico or Chicago to visit family, exploring new places, and going for late walks. She moved to Arizona in 2015 and for the last two years, she has been with Caring Hearts of Sedona.

Since 2016, she has been working as a caregiver giving clients the compassion and the care that they deserve. Her background in caregiving and as a licensed medical technician has been really helpful for her in providing clients with the very best care. “I personally love and enjoy helping the elderly and young people with their daily activities,” says Arleth.
